Shipping Policy

As soon as the BAWalls Shop has received your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, where you will be able to see all of the details of your order.


We aim to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days, but due to supply chain issues, it may be a bit longer. Once we have sent your package, we will also send you the shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this shipping confirmation, you will also find the tracking code, which you can use to track your BAWalls package. Shipping has been taking from 3-8 business days, but may experience longer than expected ship times due to high shipping volume with our carriers.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Seattle, WA. 

Please note that we only deliver to the USA, Canada & Mexico. We do not deliver to the following territories:

  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas
